Folio 103: Duke of Schomberg to Earl of Nottingham. Problems of command and equality with the Dutch generals. Shortage of horses and difficulty in finding remounts. Shortage of men and wastage through death and desertion. Only speedy and frequent reinforcements canprevent the English forces from dwindling to nothing.
