Folio 60: Paul Methuen to Sir Isaac Rebow and Mr. John Stafford. His efforts to get the Cacheo Company to compensate them for the gold and silver bullion seized by the Spaniards from the Mary at Havana were unsuccessful, but he hopes the representations of the Portuguese Envoy at Madrid (ff. 57/58) which he has asked the Dutch Resident there to second, will be successful.
