Folio 109: Charles Fanshaw to [Sir Leoline Jenkins]. Prince has now remitted the cause of the imprisoned English merchants to the Judge-Conservator, as requested by Fanshaw (f.65). This is a very material point gained, as is the fact that the government has not yetsequestrated the debts of the accused.
