Folio 139: Charles Fanshaw to Sir Leoline Jenkins. The feud between the French and Spanish ambassadors has now broken out again with more virulence than ever, the French being the aggressors and bloodshed only being prevented by the intervention of the Prince-Regent. Spanish ambassador leaves today. The English Factory have presented another petition to Charles II for the redress of their grievances, which he encloses.
