Folio 126: Francis Parry to [Sir Leoline Jenkins ?]. Claims and counter-claims over the payment of the balance of the Queen's Portion with particulars of the discounts demanded by the Portuguese (f.128). Portuguese delaying tactics on the treaty negotiations. Prince-Regent has made the French surrender the English renegade (f.122), but will not send him to England. Protocol and precedence problems with the Spanish ambassador. Portuguese have taken the Danish Fort of Christianburg in Guinea.
