Description

Folio 204: `Order of Council referring to the Committee [for Foreign Plantation] the Complaint of the Oporto merchants.' Refers particularly to the seizure and examination of the books of Samuel Maddox (f.188). Francis Parry is to attend the committee meetings as required to give his advice.
