Folio 153: Francis Parry to Sir Joseph Williamson. Delighted that his request for leave has been granted. Working hard on his account of the Revenue, expenses, and debts of the Portuguese Crown, which he hopes to give Williamson on his arrival. Hopes to send further information concerning the organization of the Court later, but the next must be postponed until his return here. Portuguese shipping leaving tomorrow for Goa, Angola, and Brazil.
Date and place: 1676 Mar 14/24 Lisbon.
