Folio 141: Francis Parry to Sir Joseph Williamson. Is making a third corrected draft of his paper on the fidalguia of Portugal compiled as an appendix to his one on the nobility (f.134). Nomination of the Bishop of Coimbra to be a Cardinal of Portugal, despite the fact that he is `the most ignorant of his Order, which is of Capuchins'.
