Folio 148: Consul Maynard to Lord Arlington. Activities of Dutch privateers and their captures of English and French shipping, often with Spanish complaisance. Violent storm has done a great deal of damage in the Alentejo and the Algarve. Complains of the misbehaviour of Captain Willshire in defrauding the Customs.
