Folio 75: Francis Parry to Lord Arlington. Suggests a further amendment to the draft model treaty which he sent home (f.72) with the relevant supporting papers, in view of the Municipal Council's arrest and imprisonment of Joseph Hardwick (ff.62, 72), and the legal quibble by which they justify it.
