Folio 138: Sir Robert Southwell to Lord Arlington. Complains that many of the younger members of the English Factory are very insolent to him, and oppose his choice for a new Judge-Conservator. Maynard's recall has much encouraged them and if he is removed it will create a dangerous precedent.
