Folio 115: Sir Robert Southwell to Lord Arlington. Hopes the soldiers have reached London by now. Resignation of the Secretary of State, Pedro Vieira da Silva, and the reasons for it. Will take up the business of the Queen's Portion and a commercial treaty, but thePortuguese are now in a state of abject poverty.
