Folio 77: Directors of the East-India Coy. to Sir Robert Southwell. The Company has to expand its trade in India, China and Japan, so would like to obtain all facilities in Portuguese ports, more especially at Macao, on a reciprocal basis. Southwell is requested to do his best to obtain this.
