Folio 157: Consul Maynard to Lord Arlington. Reiterates his excuses for not coming home as ordered, and affirms his intention to do so as soon as possible. Only minor fighting on the frontier in which the English have distinguished themselves. Portuguese have twelve warships ready for sea.
