Folio 152: Sir Robert Southwell to Joseph Williamson. Castelmelhor's complaints about the prizes taken by Rear-Admiral Kempthorne in Portuguese waters may perhaps be offset by a list of English prizes taken by the Duke de Beaufort's French fleet off the Portuguese coast in 1666, which he gives. Ruy Telles de Menezes going to England to represent Portuguese complaints.
