As the plague prevents the Marquis de Sande from returning via England, he will proceed direct to France to conclude the royal marriage; and Dom Francisco de Mello will be the Portuguese ambassador at London, assisted by Bishop Russell. Renews congratulations on English naval victory over the Dutch.
