Folio 93: Anne Molesworth to Charles II. Petitions that her husband, Colonel Guy Molesworth, wrongfully imprisoned by order of Major-General O'Brien, may be sent for trial to either Lisbon or London. Note (Apr. 15) by Holles that King requires Fanshaw to send Molesworth to Lisbon for trial, where he is to be released if not guilty of more than a minor misdemeanor.
