Folios 100-100A. Table ['II'] setting out the quotas, i.e. payments to be delivered ad cassam [circuli] by the estates forming the circle of Upper Rhine, assessed according to the 200 annual 'Roman months' determined by the 'matricular quantum' (see f.47) for raising, arming, equipping and victualling six regiments, four of infantry, one of cavalry and one of dragoons, but without staffs, conform to the rate given in Table 'I' (see ff.120-120A) and, over and above, for regimental staffs, artillery, general staff, field orderly room, pay and victualling office, ammunition, etc.
