Folio 71. The Delegates to the convention of the six 'upper' circles at Frankfurt assembled, 'nomine congressus', to: the Kings of Sweden and Denmark, the elector of Saxony and the Saxon houses of the Ernestine line per Saxony-Gotha, the dukes of Brunswick [-Lüneburg]-Celle and of Brunswick [-Lüneburg]-Wolfenbüttel, and the duke of Holstein, mutatis mutandis. Request, without further reminder, for military aid, to the utmost of their power and capacity, beyond their usual obligations towards the empire. Endorsed by Stepney 'Letter from the 6 circles to severall powers viz: the Kings of Sweden and Denmarke, the Elector of Saxony, The Duke House, The House of Lüneburg & Holstein'.

- [Marked (as 'enclosures') 'N et O' (in folio 24)]. 'Dictatum Frankfurth Jan 3 [1697]'. The corresponding German words 'nach Ihrer grösten macht' are marginally annotated 'NB mutatur'; the following passus 'nicht allein mit ihrem gewöhnlichenReichs Contingent sondern auch über dasselbe mit einer zulange' is glossed in margine 'NB omittatur an die Cron Schweden'.
