Folio 65. The Delegates to the convention of the six 'upper' circles at Frankfurt assembled, to the King of Spain (Charles II) as director of the circle of Burgundy. Notify him of the reasons for, and proceedings of, the Frankfurt convention and ask for adequate military assistance on the Rhine, reminding him of the 'triple' of the repartition of 1681 imposed on the circle of Burgundy [identical with that on Lower Saxony].
