The delegates to the convention of the six 'upper' circles at Frankfurt assembled, to the ten imperial ministers as listed, i.e. [Ferdinand] prince Dietrichstein, [Charles Theodore] prince Salm, [John Adolph] prince Schwarzenberg, [Wolfgang] count (tm)ttingen [-Wallerstein], president of the imperial court council, [Sebastian Wunibald] count [Waldburg-] Zeil, vice-president thereof, [Francis Ulric] count Kinsky, high-chancellor of Bohemia, [Dominic Andrew] count Kaunitz, vice-chancellor of the empire, [Ernest Rüdiger] count Starhemberg, president of the imperial council of war, [Charles Ferdinand] count Waldstein, lord chamberlain, and [...] count Buceleni, vice-chancellor for Austria. Solicit their co-operation in obtaining from the Emperor agreement to the accession to the association of 'Upper' Austria [i.e. the 'upper' Austrian provinces, Tirol and Austria Anterior].
