Folio 43. Proposition' by John Philip baron Stadion, privy councillor and vice-chamberlain to the elector of Mayence, explaining purpose and procedure of the convention to the plenipotentiaries who have exhibited their full powers. Naming circle delegates: Electoral circle of the Lower Rhine - John Philip baron Stadion and George Frederick Berninger, privy councillor and [village] mayor; circle of Franconia - John Lawrence Schurff, [Ignatius Anthony] Otten and John Christopher Staudt for Bamberg; Bavarian circle - 'Herr Pembel von Leutenenz' [Untraced in Repertorium I]; Swabian circle - [Frederick von Durrheim for Constance and [John George] Kulpis for Wurttemberg; circle of the Upper Rhine - [John Adam baron] von Hoheneck, 'Domb[s]colaster' [i.e. capitulary and master of the cathedral school, and Dr John Frederick Faber, director of chancery, for Worms, John Ferdinand baron Sickingen and John Reinhard Zachmann for palatinate Simmern; circle of Westphalia - Ernest Cochenheim for Münster, [Dr] Godfrey Stösser for the electorate of Brandenburg and Gerard Bingen for the elector palatine as duke of Cleve.
