Folio 150. From Schweinfurt. Acknowledges letter of April 8/18. Duke [Frederick Augustus, the Elector's brother] has left [Dresden] several days ago without taking leave from the Elector, which raises 'great jealousys' among the diplomats of the Allies 'and makes some suspect great and in this conjuncture very unwelcome things if their reasons should prove true. The Elector looks very much concerned att it and our fear[s] increase every day'. Colt will write. 'The Danes are in the case & some fear it is laid for Saxe Lawenb[urg]'. Signed 'Swinford'.
