Folio 142. To Robinson. Has not written him of late, knowing that Rycaut would be 'exact' in transmitting to him all that he received from Stepney, particularly the papers relating to a peace with France 'which the Swedish minister at the diett [at Ratisbon] was too hasty in publishing'. Transmits further papers, apparently declarations and glosses relating to the project and draws Robinson's attention to a particular remark dealing with the elector of Brandenburg's readiness 'to accept and desire the Swedes' mediation' in which 'others are not so forward'. - Has just received orders to 'prepare for a hasty flight to Saxony'.
