Folio 141. To 'Marco Antonio'. Regrets that he is not to return to Vienna, but speaks highly of Lexington who will be English envoy there. Expects to leave Dresden in a few weeks as he thinks his negotiation is nearing a successful conclusion.

Perhaps identical with Carlo Antonio Marchio who may have been unofficially representing the republic of Lucca at the imperial court A bearer of this name is traceable as envoy extraordinary of Lucca to Vienns in Nov-Dec 1705 on the occasion of the accession of Joseph I to the imperial throne.
