Folio 12v. To Lady [?], possibly a friend from his Cambridge days, informal and unaffected in style and of an almost entirely personal character, mainly about common acquaintances. Referring, however, to the dissolute life of the elector and his estranged relationswith his consort, and to the nomination of James Cresset, fellow of Trinity hall, Cambridge as envoy to the house of Brunswick-Lüneburg.
