Folio 7. To Vernon. Kinsky has handed him 'fresh' letters to the French king, intercepted on their way out of Turkey. They refer to Thököly and are 'conditions which the French would propose to save him', all of which is entirely repugnant to the Emperor. Encloses papers 'formerly mentioned' whose cipher cannot be understood. They should be sent to Dr Wallis at Oxford (See list SP 105/59, passim, but esp. f.152).
