Folio 46v. To Vernon. Asks him to examine his registers at the Office and find out 'with what letters Mr Poley was equipt when he went for Ratisbone'. From what Egar wrote him [two years ago], it does not seem that Poley did have credentials, but perhaps Etheredge did. Mourns the death of Linfield (see f.44, ante).
