Folio 26. To Blathwayt. Löbell's challenge to Friesen who has always been 'a profest enemy to Schöning & his party', because of allegedly having spoken ill of Schöning at Vienna, is delaying Friesen's departure for Flanders where he is to join the King as envoy. The elector appears to be an idle onlooker. Encloses copies of the treaties concluded by Boineburg. Remainder similar to f.23 .
