Secretary Townshend to Provost of Edinburgh Drummond. Information concerning the arrival of [Robert] Treall, carrying letters from [William] Dundas in Rotterdam to John Strachan, merchant in Leith and Archibald McLaughlan, merchant in Edinburgh and ordering the seizure of the packets
