On his relief that the Dutch troops are now ordered; the necessity of keeping secret "that some of our troops behaved as ill as ever any did in this world"; describing the finances and organisation of the rebel army; and onTweeddale's militia, who have deserted the garrison at Seton House, as Argyll feels that the others will shortly follow their example
