Tweeddale to [Pringle]. On reducing his foot militia by half, for want of arms, and retreating from Haddington; giving his reasons for withdrawing the militia from Seton House. Also reporting Lord Nairn's action which prevented his estate being plunderedby the rebels on their way to Duns, but his lands in Fife have suffered
