Burchett to Richard Arnold, at the War Office, with regard to Sir William Strickland's letter of the 13th requesting the Princess Louisa to transport Brigadier Newton and Colonel Hayes to join their Regiments in Gibraltar, a letter signifying the King's pleasure to that purpose will be necessary and the ship will not sail until the 22nd in expectation of such an order.
