Description (What the record is about)
-
Registers of fees paid for the enrolment of pleas and other matters on the Lord Treasurer's Remembrancer's memoranda rolls of payments connected with the sheriffs' petitions of allowance; and for other clerical work done within the Lord Treasurer's Remembrancer's Office. The registers were formerly and misleadingly described as Agenda Books. They may, however, be used as a very imperfect guide to the post-Restoration memoranda rolls.
