Description

A mixture of warrants, vouchers etc. as follows: (1) Costs of surveying the chantries in Cheshire. (2) Certificate of money paid by Sir Edmund Peckham, treasurer of the Mints, to Sir Anthony Denny for the king's use. (3) Abstract of sums received by Sir Anthony Denny from Sir John Williams since 35 Hen. VIII. (4) Signed receipts for writs of distringas delivered in North Wales by William Bright, messenger. (5) Warrant from Thomas Moyle to Auditor Hanby. (6) Certificate by Thomas Danyell that Sir Anthony Denny owes no money in the Exchequer. (7) Burial certificate of William Goodwes of Middleton, a parishioner of Cottingham, Northants. (8) Warrant from John Thynne to Auditor Hanby.
