Indenture of mortgage by Mary Browne and William Dyke to Thomas Bennett and others for the benefit of Prince Rupert, Anthony Earl of Shaftesbury, and Sir Thomas Chichley, of guns lying at the Temple mills, Essex (described in a schedule), as security forthe payment of 5,725L. 18s.10d. to Prince Rupert, and of 2,862L.19s.5d. each to the Earl of Shaftesbury and Sir Thomas Chichley. Signed by Prince Rupert, Shaftesbury, and the others concerned.
