Folio 40: Wich to Carteret. Having received 4 letters from you with the full powers will try to expedite conclusion of treaty. Court dilatory Czarina returning to Petersburg. Confusion caused by the movement of such large numbers of the court. Much work suspended but treaty will have priority. Dated Moscow, 25 Oct 1742.
