Folio 15: Finch to Harrington. Count will probably set out for Moscow at end of next month for coronation on 22 April. Four-fifths of war prisoners dead of dysentery on way to Moscow. I hope to leave here before that with Sir Cyril Wich here to take my place. Czarina adamant to go to Moscow despite contrary advice. Peace may have settled last summer by French emmissary. Gift from Czarina to Crepi. Dated St Petersburg, 9 Jan 1742.
