Folio 69: Finch to Harrington. Impossible to leave here until first frost sets in, in about two weeks. Count Osterman must have more skill than I think he has to keep me here longer. No desire to remain useless minister, and HM's goodness in permitting my return will be greater than my original appointment. General Wrangel came here from Vyborg; not yet well from wounds. Bachoff leaving for Denmark soon. Dated St Petersburg, 10 Oct 1741.
