Folio 69: Newcastle to Finch. Treaty concluded and signed between HM and Russia with separate articles received. Clause inserted at end of sixth article stipulating sending squadron to aid Russia notwithstanding HM's war with Spain, maybe extremely inconvenient and impractical. Trevor advised of treaty for information of States General. Presents suggested for Russian ministers in Vol. 27 f.156 agreed. Dated Whitehall, 23 June 1741.
