Folio 206: Finch to Harrington. Hope HM's resolution will allow me to recover my health. All work at Kronstadt to fit out fleet of 15 men of war, 3 frigates, 2 bomb ketches, 2 prames, 2 fireships and a tender. English ships arriving here confirm reports that 6 Swedish ships sailed here. Instructions needed about allowing English merchant sailors to join Russian fleet, as it is so short of men. De la Chetardie has sent for instructions chiefly on ceremonial. Dated St Petersburg 27 May 1741.
