Folio 195: Harrington to Finch. Letters in answer to those notifying the removal of duke of Courland and appointment of princess in his place. HM wishes to know whether the present court is of the same disposition about the treaty as the former. Learn sentimentsof Russia on Pragmatic Sanction and inform HM and more especially how she looks on Prussia invading Silesia and their role to be taken in those proceedings. Dated Whitehall, 26 Dec 1740.
