Description

Folio 104: Copy, enclosed with folio 100, of representation by Board of Trade to HM regarding alteration in passports at Russian ports and an abatement in duties collected at the Sound. This communicated to Sir John Thompson and several merchants in that trade. Dated Whitehall, 21 Nov 1740.
