Folio 96: Finch to Weston. Cypher now being old, a new one needed. Enclose a scheme for diversifying the old, as there will be many important and secret things hereafter to transmit. Are letters sealed new way any better? Mourning being prepared for household and equipage. Will need repayment, the expense being high, and will charge for it in my extraordinaries. Dated St Petersburg 1 Nov 1740.
