Folio 65: Finch to Harrington. No results from informing duke of Courland of delay on project, by Count Osterman who expressed surprise that Russia had no communication from HM Teased him to finish with my one case, and he did not get testy, but suggested I plagued another. Bestuzev and he will not live most cordially together. Osterman said he would not press Czarina too much for answer, as people when pressed do things with a bad grace. Dated St Petersburg 3 Sept 1740.
