Folio 259: Rondeau to Harrington. HM's letter delivered to Czarina at Peterhof. Same discussion with duke of Courland as with Osterman regarding project of treaty. Doubts of truth of account from Rasht in Persia that Shah Nadir had gained victory over Grand Mogul. On delivering his crown, it was generously returned to him. Not mentioned by Russian minister at Isphahan. 7 men of war commanded by Rear Admiral O'Brion have sailed from Kronstadt on exercise. Prince Dolgorukov sent again into exile. Reason unknown. Prince of Brunswick Wolfenbuttel celebrated his birthday yesterday. Dated StPetersburg, 18 Aug 1739.
