Folio 238: Harrington to Rondeau. HM approves that you did not send a Russian as your servant to Constantinople. Represent in most civil manner the bad consequences of sending anyone at this time to the Porte, but if Russians persist that they want the Manifesto sent, it can go to Dunant at Vienna who will convey it to Sir Everard. Dated Whitehall, 2 Dec 1737.
