Folio 85: Rondeau to Harrington. Constantinople complains heavily against Lord Kinnoul. He is siding with France and Turkey and doing harm to Russia, all because he is governed by Luka Kirin, his interpreter. Czarina would be pleased if HM's minister at Constantinople be agreeable to her or if Lord Kinnoul not replaced his interpreter be removed. Dated 2 Apr 1734/5.
