Folio 178: Rondeau to Harrington. Imperial and Saxon Munsters inform me that Count Lowenwolde when at Dresden allowed king Augustus to withdraw 7,000 troops from Poland, to be sent to Emperor. Lowenwolde now at Berlin with new proposals from king of Poland to persuade Prussian king to agree to his plans, probably arranged at Vienna. Count Lynar pleased, for if Lowenwolde is unsuccessful Czarina and Emperor will realize that duke of Saxony has tried everything to engage king of Prussia to their plans. Rumour of death of French ambassador in Copenhagen, killed at Danzig. Dated St Petersburg 1 June 1734.
