Folio 141: Forbes to Harrington. Delaying my return in order to complete treaty of commerce. No conclusion from Baron Safirov after 5 hours discussion. Acquainted Czarina with marriage of princess royal and prince of Orange, which pleased her. Conversation with Count Osterman about Poland and that clemency and moderation towards Danzig would redound to her honour and please HM Packet by shipping received. Dated St Petersburg 23 Apr 1734.
